Job Summary
Operate a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences while adhering to all traffic laws. Load and unload equipment, secure it properly, and verify its condition upon delivery and return. Install and set up devices at facilities, provide basic usage instructions to clients, and address inquiries professionally. Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries, coordinate schedules with dispatch, and maintain accurate records including signatures and delivery times. Perform these duties Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the [LOCATION] area.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the delivery of medical equipment
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for delivery vehicles
- Basic computer knowledge
