Job Summary
Drive a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences in the [LOCATION] area. Load and unload equipment, secure it properly, and verify its condition upon delivery and return. Install and set up devices at facilities and homes, ensuring proper placement and providing basic usage instructions to clients. Plan and optimize routes, coordinate with dispatch for schedules, and address customer inquiries professionally. Maintain accurate delivery records including signatures and times. This full-time, salary-based role (8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday) requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the delivery of medical equipment
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for delivery vehicles
