Delivery Medical Associate (Med Delivery)

Job Summary
Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences. Load and unload equipment, ensuring it is secured properly and verifying its condition upon delivery and return. Install and set up durable medical equipment at sites, providing basic instructions to clients on initial use and care. Coordinate with the dispatch team to receive schedules, plan and optimize delivery routes, and maintain accurate records including signatures and documentation. Adhere to all traffic laws while driving and provide excellent customer service during visits. This full-time, salary-based position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the [LOCATION] area.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the delivery of medical equipment
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for delivery vehicles
- Basic computer knowledge
