Job Summary
Operate a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences in the [LOCATION] area. Load and unload equipment, verify and document its condition upon delivery and return, and install devices at sites while ensuring proper placement and basic client instruction. Coordinate with dispatch for schedules, optimize routes for efficiency, and maintain accurate delivery records including signatures and timestamps. Adhere to all traffic laws and provide professional customer service while addressing inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the delivery of medical equipment
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for delivery vehicles
- Basic computer knowledge
