Job Summary
Drive a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences within the [LOCATION] area. Load and unload equipment, secure it properly, and verify its condition upon delivery and return. Install and set up equipment at facilities and homes, providing basic usage instructions to clients. Coordinate with dispatch for schedules, optimize routes for efficiency, and maintain accurate delivery records. Adhere to all traffic laws while ensuring safe transportation and professional customer service. Full-time, salary-based role (8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday) with a vehicle allowance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the delivery of medical equipment
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for delivery vehicles
- Basic computer knowledge
