Job Summary
Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload equipment, ensuring it is secured properly, then verify and document its condition upon delivery and return. Install and set up equipment at facilities and homes, ensuring proper functioning while providing basic instructions to clients on initial use. Plan and optimize delivery routes, coordinate with the dispatch team for schedules, and maintain accurate records including signatures and delivery times. Address customer inquiries professionally and foster a cooperative work environment. This full-time role (8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday) serves patients in the [LOCATION] area as part of a leading physician group in South Carolina and Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
