Job Summary
Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences. Load and unload equipment, secure it properly, and verify its condition upon delivery and return. Install and set up equipment at facilities and homes, ensuring proper functioning and providing basic usage instructions to clients. Plan and optimize delivery routes while coordinating with the dispatch team for schedules. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and times, and address customer inquiries professionally. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the delivery of medical equipment is a plus
