Job Summary
Operate a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences in the [LOCATION] area. Load and unload equipment, secure it properly, and install it at sites while verifying condition upon delivery and return. Coordinate with dispatch for schedules, plan optimized routes, and provide basic instructions to clients on equipment use. Maintain accurate delivery records including signatures and documentation while addressing customer inquiries professionally. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Full-time, salary-based position with 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday hours. Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the delivery of medical equipment
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for delivery vehicles
- Basic computer knowledge
