Job Summary
Gulfeagle Supply is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Delivery Material Handler, where you'll be responsible for loading and ensuring the proper delivery of building materials using forklifts and other equipment. This is a physically demanding role requiring teamwork and attention to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb
- Must be able to continually lift up to 100 pounds of material for extended periods of time
- Ensure proper stacking and distribution in the placement of materials on the roof
- Ability to work in heat, cold, rain, or shine
- Ability to handle all functions of the job in a safe manner as mandated by safety policies
- All employees must pass pre-employment drug test and are subject to random substance abuse screening under company policy
Desired Qualifications
- General knowledge of roofing material, construction, and/or distribution
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English or Spanish as required by the branch location
