Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies, including load, stress, and scalability testing, while defining objectives, scope, and success criteria. Lead and mentor a team of performance testers, overseeing project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure delivery within budget and timeline. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to troubleshoot bottlenecks, recommend optimizations, and maintain detailed documentation. Work seamlessly with sales and presales teams to explore opportunities and lead conversations with COPs. Requires 15+ years of experience, 7+ years in leadership, proficiency in JMeter or Gatling, and a Bachelor's degree. Budget is 180k to 190k per month for contract-to-hire roles in Mumbai and Bangalore.
Required Qualifications
- 15 + years experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in performance testing and test management, with a minimum of 7+ years in a leadership role
- Managed performance testing Project in CI CD environment
- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling or similar
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, SDLC, and agile practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies
