Job Summary
Delivery Manager responsible for shaping and leading high-performing delivery teams to align client problems with delivery approaches, driving outcomes, governance, and continuous improvement. You will facilitate workshops, adapt delivery methods (agile, lean, traditional), use metrics to guide decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, mentorship, and contributing to pre-engagement activities and proposals in a consultancy environment.
