Delivery Manager - Software Development & Engineering- H/F

Delivery Manager role leading transformation of a software organization within Metrologic DCS. You will translate product roadmaps into realistic delivery plans, oversee multiple concurrent strategic projects, and embed scalable delivery practices across a multi-team, multi-product environment. You will connect Product Management and engineering to ensure transparency on progress, risks, and priorities, and you will lead and develop a team of Project Leaders and Scrum Masters, driving a learning organization and measurable improvements in delivery predictability and quality. The role is located in Montbonnot-Saint-Martin, France, within a multinational context spanning Europe, the USA, and India, with strong emphasis on agile/hybrid delivery models and stakeholder alignment.
