Delivery Manager

Delivery Operations Manager for Water Networks, based in one of Ireland’s regional offices (Tullamore or Kilkenny), with travel to sites across the Southeast and Midlands. Lead and manage multiple water infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; draft regular project reports; review constructability of water and wastewater design solutions; coordinate with internal and external providers; manage performance, scope, cost, and scheduling; oversee detailed planning and resource-loaded scheduling; deliver timely status updates to clients. Requires full clean driver’s licence and experience with Irish or UK Water Standards; leadership, problem-solving, communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team; strong time management and client-focused relationship-building abilities.
