Delivery Manager

Manage the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles and equipment while overseeing key operating performance indicators, including offload rates, budget adherence, and financial goals. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing oversight to route planning to meet customer needs. Partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year and foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement. Provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of related experience or a High School Diploma with 8 plus years of related experience. Full-time, 2nd shift (6pm start) with weekend availability.
