Job Summary
Lead a team of professionals responsible for managing enterprise applications across the organization—overseeing planning, deployment, development, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance; set goals and coach team members; ensure governance, change and release management, and proper documentation; manage vendor relationships and SLAs; liaise with IT and business units to align IT strategies with business objectives; identify opportunities to optimize performance and introduce new technologies; stay current with industry trends and drive continuous improvement within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 4 years in a leadership/supervisory role leading technical/functional teams
- General knowledge of in-scope technology domain
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Some domestic and international travel may be required
