Job Summary
Delivery Manager for Public Services responsible for leading cross-functional, client-facing delivery across defence, major projects and infrastructure within the UK public sector. Lead teams, drive products and projects using appropriate delivery methodologies, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and promote continuous improvement. Bring agile delivery experience, knowledge of PMO practices, and familiarity with PMQ/Prince2. Roles emphasize governance, quality and outcomes, with opportunities for on-the-job learning and formal qualifications; strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience in agile delivery consulting or related roles
- Experience or certification in project management or project controls methodologies (PMQ, Prince2 etc) desirable
- Experience in technical/engineering projects using Agile Delivery methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders
