Job Summary
Delivery Manager for CRM Consulting overseeing end-to-end project delivery across a portfolio of client-facing CRM engagements, primarily in North America. Owns project plans, timelines, milestones, scope, time, and dependencies; manages budgets and delivery health; provides structured client communication and updates; coordinates across CRM consultants, data teams, and internal product teams; ensures alignment across geographically distributed teams; establishes and evolves delivery standards and frameworks across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC) to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model; role requires 5+ years of experience in project/delivery management and a track record of delivering complex consulting/CRM/technology projects; preferred familiarity with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and cross-functional delivery experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project or delivery management experience
- Experience delivering client-facing projects in consulting, CRM, or technology environments
- Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Exposure to data, integration, or digital transformation projects
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Familiarity with delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
