Job Summary
Delivery Manager to lead the successful operational delivery of education and learning programmes. Manage cross-functional delivery teams, drive high-quality learner experiences, support stakeholder relationships, and ensure programmes are delivered efficiently. Contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and positive learner outcomes. Responsibilities include developing and implementing delivery processes, coordinating facilitators and mentors, onboarding and retaining delivery staff, monitoring performance and analysing data to identify improvements, managing risks, and building strong stakeholder partnerships. Requires experience in higher education or professional learning environments, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of delivering quality learner experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing programme delivery within higher education, professional learning, or related environments
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong operational management and process improvement capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex challenges and manage escalations effectively
- Experience working with mentors, facilitators, coaches, or learner support professionals
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to identify and manage operational risks proactively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional learner, customer, or participant experiences
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Experience balancing quality outcomes with commercial and operational objectives
