Job Summary
Manage the complete lifecycle of supply chain planning projects from blueprint through hypercare, creating detailed plans, tracking progress against actuals, and developing mitigation strategies for delays. Align stakeholders on milestones, document risks with ownership and ETAs, and approve timesheets and invoices while ensuring team members understand their deliverables. Provide regular project status updates, manage vacation schedules, and facilitate knowledge transition and documentation to the support team post go-live. Continuously engage with customers to manage priorities, expectations, and personnel concerns. Requires 6-10 years of experience in supply chain planning, PMP certification, and proficiency in Agile, Microsoft Project, and JIRA.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/ logistics domain with a focus on planning
- Project Management experience through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, and deployment
- Experience using agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations
- Bachelor's or Master degree
- Knowledge of supply chain solutions
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and artifacts
- Knowledge of project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA etc.)
- Knowledge of spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
- Knowledge of document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs)
- Knowledge of presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and demonstration skills
- Ability to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification is a plus
