Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of multiple data centre projects through design and construction phases, maintaining updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for executive reviews. Manage programme planning, cost estimates, and procurement processes while leading professional services teams and contractors to meet time, budget, and quality standards. Facilitate handovers to site operations, execute rigorous testing programs, and ensure all deployments align with corporate environmental, health, and safety standards. Monitor environmental goals and coordinate submittals with site stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation point for incidents and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in construction practices and procedures
- Management of Lump Sum, Construction Management, and Design & Build project delivery methods
- Experience from conceptual development through procurement to close out
- Experience with delivery of projects in live mission critical data center facilities
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
- Equivalent professional experience to a degree
- Experience with management of specialist consultancy services
- Specialist knowledge and relevant sector experience
- Ability to effectively acquire, apply and impart industry specific specialist, commercial, procurement, programmes and cost management professional knowledge
- Willingness to travel across sites
