Job Summary
Lead complex, multi-team programs from strategy through benefit realisation by translating business goals into clear delivery outcomes and success measures. Establish integrated delivery plans, own execution across squads and vendors, and drive data-informed trade-off decisions to secure scope, schedule, and budget. Run tight cadences to surface and resolve issues early, remove impediments across organizational boundaries, and implement recovery plans for at-risk workstreams. Maintain forward-looking risk postures, enforce data quality standards, and coordinate end-to-end readiness including training and support models. Own forecasts, burn, and benefits tracking while validating post-launch value. Partner with engineering on release planning and operational acceptance, ensuring predictable milestone delivery and accelerated time-to-value.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years leading complex, cross‐functional technology and business initiatives
- proven delivery of multi‐team programs with significant integration and risk
- Demonstrated ability to make data‐driven trade‐offs and land outcomes under ambiguity and time pressure
- Strong command of Agile at scale and hybrid planning
- experience with complex planning, dependency management, and release orchestration
- Proficiency with Jira/Confluence
- Solid financial management experience: forecasting, capitalisation, burn/variance analysis, benefits realisation
- Sufficient technical fluency to partner effectively with architects and engineering leads on solution approach, risks, and cutover planning
