Job Summary
Partner with Account Managers to qualify technical requirements with hiring managers and lead the team in relevant search strings. Screen candidates to ensure qualifications meet job requirements, present opportunities, and prepare resumes for client presentation. Develop creative recruiting resources to attract IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and consultants, including obtaining leads and referrals through proactive calls. Train as an IT Recruiter initially, with eligibility for promotion to Strategic Account Manager after proven success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

- Minimum 1 year of IT Staffing / Recruiting experience
- Prior experience with recruiting, sales outreach, and/or cold calling
