Job Summary
Delivery Manager II drives customer relationships and success for GHX provider Managed Services, leading implementation and cross-functional collaboration to ensure adoption, KPI attainment, and high customer satisfaction; requires leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience in project management, customer success, and MS Office tools. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, supporting escalations via phone/email/site, monitoring quality metrics, re-engagement campaigns, leading implementations, creating materials for customer meetings, mentoring teams, coordinating with Solutions Delivery/Sales/CSMs, resolving incidents with data-driven analysis, and identifying system enhancements; travel up to ~20%. Qualifications include Bachelor's degree or 2 years healthcare experience; strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams; and experience in project management and customer service.
