Job Summary
Delivery Manager I responsible for Subject Matter Expert on all MCPC Services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for assigned Managed Service Customers, and delivering the highest level of communication to Customers, Partners, Business Units, and other Teams. Drives Continual Service Improvements for assigned customers, leads Delivery Coordinators in support of contracted services, assists with special projects, and travels as needed. Requires a strong customer-service orientation, experience coordinating technical resources and providing technical guidance, familiarity with ITSM software and P&L understanding, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a professional demeanor. A 2-year degree is desired, with project management experience preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality handling, and the ability to operate in a collaborative environment while ensuring effective communication and service delivery across customer environments.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience managing technical resources
- 1-3 years’ providing and delivering technical support and providing technical guidance
- 2-4 years’ experience as a technical lead
- Familiarity with ITSM software
- 2-Year degree desired
- Project Management experience desired
