Job Summary
Delivery Manager role at Deloitte India focused on finance transformation and technology-enabled close processes. Lead client conversations, deliver system designs and user trainings, and manage tool demos. Work with finance technology solutions such as Blackline, Trintech, Highradius, Oracle ARCS, and OneStream; travel to client sites for project work. Responsibilities include creating design documents and user manuals, ensuring smooth build/configuration and tests, handling issues during Hypercare, and leading distributed teams. Requires experience in reconciliations, variance analysis, intercompany transactions, risk and compliance, cash management, and open items management. Preferred graduate/postgraduate with 3+ years in related digital transformation or performance improvement consulting; certification in tools is an added advantage. The role supports Assurance practice in delivering Finance transformation projects and involves governance, operating model design, and business case analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital transformation related to Finance function or Operations and/or Performance improvement consulting
- Implementation experience and knowledge of Financial Close tools like Blackline, Trintech, Oracle ARCS, Highradius, OneStream
- Experience in handling Reconciliations, Variance Analysis, Risk rating of accounts, Journals, Close management, Intercompany Transactions, Risk and Compliance management, Cash Management and Open items management
- Should be able to design to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies. especially Blackline
- Should know how to lead Business operating model design and implementation including governance and service management
- Should know how to lead in conducting business case analysis
- Experience working on various types of Reconciliations, Variance Analysis, Risk rating of accounts, Journals, Close management, Intercompany Transactions, Risk and Compliance management, Cash Management and Open items management

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital transformation related to Finance function or Operations and/or Performance improvement consulting
