Job Summary
Manage project activities within ITG scope using Agile or waterfall methodologies to ensure timely end-to-end delivery. Direct the development of the continuous delivery pipeline to improve speed, quality, and effort. Prepare project plans, work plans, and status reports while tracking budgets and costs. Facilitate Scrum events, manage the product backlog, and act as a servant-leader to the Scrum team. Ensure compliance with policies, support audit exercises, and document risks and issues. Facilitate post-implementation activities and prepare close-out reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, service delivery, operations, or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in managing projects, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery of services or projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of process improvement and service quality standards is an advantage
