Job Summary
Delivery Manager to drive the successful implementation and operationalisation of a new product at Davy. Responsibilities include coordinating product squads and enablers, tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, embedding delivery processes and governance, co-facilitating governance structures, preparing senior-stakeholder reports, ensuring regulatory and risk compliance, and driving continuous improvement of delivery efficiency. Requires 3+ years in delivery/operations/programme management in financial services, experience with delivering or operationalising new products (wealth management, capital markets or banking), strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
