Job Summary
Qualify clients, source and dispatch field engineers, and drive datacenter installations from intake to signed-off completion. Scope requirements, manage logistics, and coordinate access for rack, cabling, and power deployments. Perform power-on checks, network verification, and firmware validation to ensure SLA adherence. Maintain rigorous documentation by capturing as-built diagrams, photographic evidence, and serial data for every job. Submit the full chain of proof and signed completion reports before invoicing. Earn a base salary plus commission on delivered profit. Fluent English and 10+ years in datacenter operations are required.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English, written and spoken, to a professional business standard
- Minimum 10 years in datacenter operations, field services, or technical project management
- Hands-on datacenter knowledge: racking, structured cabling, power, and commissioning
- Direct client-facing experience: scoping, quoting, running the relationship, and handling escalations independently
- Comfortable sourcing and vetting field engineers, and building a reliable local bench
- Disciplined on documentation and reporting
- Comfortable working under a base plus commission structure
- Available for a full-time B2B contract, 40 hours per week, with overlap into Central European Time
