Job Summary
Qualify clients, onboard new accounts, and manage the full pipeline from first contact to won work. Source, screen, and maintain a regional bench of vetted field engineers to ensure rapid dispatch. Scope requirements, coordinate datacenter access, and drive installations through to signed-off completion while protecting margins. Execute physical rack and stack, cabling, and power tasks, then perform commissioning and verification checks. Close the chain of proof by submitting as-built documentation, photographic evidence, and signed completion reports for every job. Operate under a base plus commission structure with a 40-hour B2B contract overlapping Central European Time.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English, written and spoken, to a professional business standard
- Minimum 10 years in datacenter operations, field services, or technical project management
- Hands-on datacenter knowledge: racking, structured cabling, power, and commissioning
- Direct client-facing experience: scoping, quoting, running the relationship, and handling escalations independently
- Comfortable sourcing and vetting field engineers, and building a reliable local bench
- Disciplined on documentation and reporting
- Comfortable working under a base plus commission structure
- Available for a full-time B2B contract, 40 hours per week, with overlap into Central European Time
