Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics programs, ensuring successful execution, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction. Serve as the primary client-facing delivery leader, building trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders. Drive program planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication across distributed teams while collaborating with architects, engineering leads, and SMEs to deliver scalable solutions. Continuously improve delivery effectiveness by leveraging organizational best practices and identify opportunities to expand engagements and drive business growth. Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and customer success. Requires 15+ years of enterprise-scale data delivery experience and strong financial management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, and digital transformation programs
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to engage effectively at executive and operational levels
- Deep understanding of data and analytics technologies, including: ETL and data integration platforms
- Deep understanding of data and analytics technologies, including: Data warehousing and data modeling
- Deep understanding of data and analytics technologies, including: Business Intelligence and reporting solutions
- Deep understanding of data and analytics technologies, including: Modern data platforms including Databricks and Azure Data Services
- Deep understanding of data and analytics technologies, including: Data governance, quality, and operationalization concepts
- Proven experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
- Strong program management, delivery governance, financial management, and risk mitigation capabilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and bring the full breadth of organizational capabilities to enhance client outcomes and delivery excellence
