Delivery Manager - Customer Operations

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementations from project initiation through go-live, stabilization, and transition into ongoing operations. Develop project plans, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and delivery milestones while coordinating cross-functional teams across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain, and Support. Serve as the primary operational delivery lead, monitoring operational health post-launch and resolving complex, customer-impacting issues to minimize impact. Drive seasonal operational readiness activities, including planning, testing, venue readiness, and launch preparedness for new seasons. Manage operational delivery of additional products and enhancements, ensuring all deployments adhere to company governance, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience managing complex customer implementations, technical deployments, or operational delivery within a customer-facing environment
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent customer engagements and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong customer-facing experience, including executive stakeholder management
- Strong understanding and ability to apply project management methodologies
- Proven experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery governance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working across global teams in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within sports technology, broadcast technology, SaaS, media, or enterprise software
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent)
