Job Summary
Lead multiple multidisciplinary project teams and represent the organization on steering committees with key stakeholders to drive successful software implementation strategies. Coach project managers, prepare for client steering group meetings, and facilitate daily stand-ups to monitor progress and address immediate hurdles. Lead the CCS Projectmanagement Guild as Product Owner to refine the Prince2Agile methodology and enhance organizational efficiency. Manage complex portfolios within the insurance sector, balancing strategic oversight with operational details while maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with successfully executing product software implementations in a complex, customer-oriented environment, within budget, planning, and scope
- Ability to manage a portfolio of large, complex, and rapidly evolving technology projects
- Experience with diverse project management and delivery methodologies, preferably PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, and/or Agile/Scrum certification
- Ability to clearly analyze, manage, and actively steer customer expectations where necessary
- Proficiency in the Dutch (excellent) and English languages in oral and written form
- Minimum of a completed bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, business economics, and/or computer science
- Diplomacy and excellent stakeholder management skills at C-level level with (medium) to large enterprises (in the insurance industry)
- Ability to create buy-in and manage complex interests, both internally and externally
