Job Summary
Delivery Manager – Analytics & MarTech to own end-to-end delivery for data, analytics, and marketing-technology initiatives within Spenn’s cycle-based product development model. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of analytics and MarTech with clear goals, priorities, and success metrics; ensure on-time, within scope, high-quality outcomes. Coordinate with Data & Analytics engineering, Product, Commercial and Marketing to align priorities and dependencies; act as central point of contact for the Data & Analytics team. Drive delivery of data products, dashboards, tracking, and marketing-technology capabilities (campaign tooling, customer data, and the recommendation engine) powering Spenn’s ecosystem. Own task tracking, progress reporting, and workflow transparency; improve use of Jira and Confluence. Identify and mitigate delivery risks; ensure data quality and privacy-aware handovers across environments. Drive continuous process improvement in agile execution, automation, and documentation. Promote AI tools integration (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline workflows and improve velocity. Maintain transparent reporting with Product & Tech leadership and Commercial/Marketing stakeholders; provide concise, data-driven delivery summaries and performance insights. Collaborate on data privacy and compliance with CPTO.
