Job Summary
Own delivery planning execution by maintaining schedules, Gantt charts, and RAID logs to support predictable project outcomes. Manage concurrent delivery coordination demands across multiple workstreams while identifying, documenting, and escalating risks and issues within defined thresholds. Ensure scope compliance and change support by monitoring adherence to agreed statements of work and formalizing changes without redefining delivery commitments. Deliver clear, direct oral and written communications to stakeholders, including during challenging delivery situations. This hybrid role in Belfast requires 2 days in-office and 5+ years of delivery experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in delivery or project management
- Enterprise delivery frameworks: Knowledge of structured delivery methodologies used in large-scale client engagements
- Cloud-native solution context: Understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery considerations
- Data integration and connectivity models: Knowledge of network connectivity approaches such as SMTP and SFTP
- Delivery economics and value realization: Understanding of project cost levers and the importance of time to first value
- Organizational mission and product context: Knowledge of Behavox's mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies
- A working knowledge of cloud-native technologies and data integration approaches
- Professional judgment

- Ability to escalate risks or decisions that exceed defined authority
- Hybrid position based out of Belfast office
- Expectation of working from the office 2 days per week
