Job Summary
Drive annual financial metrics, including revenue, gross margin, and customer satisfaction targets for the North American Safety Solutions business. Lead a team of approximately 20 technical resources, consultants, and project managers while developing the Safety Solutions business strategy through shared Global Engineering Center resources. Collaborate with Global Sales, Marketing, and Regional Services Directors to ensure successful execution and growth. Coordinate shared resources to deliver high-quality project outcomes and influence operational excellence across the portfolio. Manage workforce strategy, succession planning, and talent retention while promoting integrity, diversity, and inclusion. Report to the Delivery Director, Lifecycle Services with a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee, WI, or Mayfield Heights, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- The ability to travel 20% of the time
- Experience as a recognized authority within industrial automation on industrial machine safety, LOTO, functional safety, and related Safety Solutions
- Prior responsibility for financial business performance of over a $15M+ annual revenue portfolio

- Solutions to drive standards and repeatable ways of working to reduce risk, accelerate schedule, and achieve high consistent quality
- Collaboration with commercial and sales organizations to drive growth and customer success
- The knowledge to identify Safety Solutions capability development needs and establish direction for training, organizational development, succession planning, and talent management
- Leadership experience of high-performing teams and a culture focused on customer success, project quality, and operational excellence
