Job Summary
Oversee delivery excellence for LatentView's offshore team by managing onsite and offshore members, providing coaching and feedback support, and ensuring engagement quality assurance. Lead soft skills training to uplevel Project Management capabilities, fostering proactive thinking and regular check-ins to drive business impact. Define client acceptance criteria and success metrics for the next 3-6 months while maintaining direct engagement with US and India stakeholders. Execute a servant leadership style to connect teams across Seattle, Chennai, and client counterparts, ensuring deliverables are crisp, executive-ready, and aligned with client expectations.

- Oversee quality of work of Chennai based LatentView team members

- Engage directly with both Client and LatentView managers in US and India
