Job Summary
Delivery Leader responsible for leading delivery engagements with government clients, delivering policy-driven outcomes, and coaching client teams. Core duties include building trust-based relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders, conducting data collection and analysis to yield actionable recommendations, planning and executing strategic delivery reforms aligned with government strategy, producing high-quality communication materials, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through training and knowledge-sharing. Requires experience in health-related delivery, strong communication, project management, and the ability to work across diverse regions, including Sub-Saharan Africa; remote-friendly with potential for cross-border collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in the public sector, at consulting firms or international organizations with demonstrable client-facing delivery
- Must have existing right-to-work documentation for Tanzania
- Based or willing to relocate to Sub-Saharan countries with a willingness to develop Delivery Associates’ activities across the continent
