Delivery Lead

Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex health data assets within Data Connect at The University of Sheffield. Act as the primary liaison between researchers, NHS trusts, regional stakeholders and internal technical teams; translate researcher needs into actionable development tasks; lead Agile delivery (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives); manage capacity and risk; develop and implement SOPs; drive governance compliance and data access workflows; provide formal line management and mentorship to direct reports; contribute to service design and future delivery strategy across the TRE/SDE-enabled health data environment.
