Job Summary
Lead project delivery and coordinate execution across multiple teams by communicating work objectives, facilitating sync points, and managing program risk and compliance. Provide end-to-end visibility into deliverable health, ensuring functionality, quality, timeline, and cost meet client expectations while owning executive communications, portfolio roadmaps, and decision materials. Coordinate routines including kick-offs, status reviews, and change controls to support delivery and align priorities, milestones, and tradeoffs with sponsors and stakeholders. Maintain visibility into active co-development engagements and ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Ability to understand various / complex application architecture to support setting up Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Testing
- Hands-on DevOps experience for following functions (tools): Version Control (GIT/Bitbucket), Build Orchestration (Jenkins), Code Quality (SonarQube and Unit Testing frameworks), Artifact Management (Artifactory) and Deployment (Ansible)
- Hands-on experience in application development in one or more areas including Python, MongoDB, Redis, React Framework, Impala, Spark, Autosys, Shell scripting, Rest services, Containerization
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux platform, including LDAP-based authentication integration and clustering
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns
- Communicate effectively, clearly articulating technical issues, problem incident resolution, readiness status and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Non-Technical Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences (business stakeholders, developer support teams)
- Detail oriented highly organized
- Adaptable to shifting competing priorities
- Skilled at delegating, mentoring, setting expectations
- Problem solving skills to diagnose resolve complex issues
- Committed and pro-active in ensuring high quality of service
- Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with developing frameworks and tools specific to AI/ML applications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and development in cloud environments
- Experience with Database Build Deployment using Datical and Release Orchestration
