Job Summary
Manage the delivery of contracted services, supporting financial management and assuring quality by managing key risks and issues related to the services provided. Act as the primary point of contact for resolution and escalation with the client and internally within Accenture, liaising with the Client Account Lead and leadership across onshore and offshore Service Delivery teams. Help support the development of long-term key client relationships, deliver high levels of client satisfaction, and build credentials on delivery to support the sales pipeline. Drive the delivery of the contract through an Intelligent Operations journey to enable a Future Ready account, while creating actionable performance achievement plans that include succession planning and capability development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher Degree
- Demonstrated referenceable experience directly owning key client relationships and delivering high levels of delivery satisfaction
- Proven ability in managing and delivering financial outcomes within solution financials including delivering efficiencies and understanding of commercial models related to outsourcing relationships
- Proven and extensive experience in delivering Procurement Source to Pay offerings
- Track record in managing service delivery performance against the value proposition and delivering on contracted performance outcomes
- Strong communication skills for C-level client governance
- Proven experience in interacting with key client executive influencers, and building trusted relationships across the organisation
- Experience in a matrix organisation dealing with multiple service lines, managers/approvers, and knowledge of shared services operating models
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
