Delivery Lead Manager

Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects, managing cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across the project lifecycle. Provide functional and technical management to support design and implementation while tracking financials, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment with business objectives. Deliver status reporting to senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborating with development, test, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting to maintain adherence to timelines and quality standards. Perform sales and solution support in delivery opportunities, including solution planning and team structure development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in delivery and leading technology projects through the full delivery life cycle
- Professional qualification in project management. (e.g. PMP, Prince2, etc)
- Experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies
- Proven ability to lead and manage people, within own reporting line and across wider teams, to achieve required outcomes
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the Utilities/Electricity sector would be beneficial
