Job Summary
Delivery Lead responsible for defining and managing the delivery strategy for the programme, leading cross-functional teams (30+ people) and coordinating procurement, design, construction and assurance to ensure safety, quality, and schedule targets are met. Accountable for project timeframes and budgets, client-facing engagements, and delivering against KPIs. Provides direction to project teams, mentors senior project managers, and drives continuous improvement across the delivery partners and site operations. Strong communication with Directors and stakeholders, and proven experience in rail/construction delivery, NEC contracts, risk management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
