Job Summary
Conduct daily installation and removal projects in homes and condos across the Austin and Dallas metro areas, including loading furniture, inspecting inventory, and executing one installation and one move-out per route. Assist in warehouse operations, organize inventory, and arrange furniture for various client projects while maintaining cleanliness in work areas and trucks. Safely operate large box trucks with a clean driving record, lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 125 lbs occasionally, and proactively resolve logistical issues. Work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shifts, 24-40 hours weekly, with potential travel to the DFW area for overnight jobs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in furniture assembly and repair, including proficient use of tools
- Ability to lift and transport furniture weighing up to 125 pounds with physical strength
- Capable of standing, moving, bending, and carrying for extended periods of time
- Proficient in maintaining inventory accuracy for warehouse operations
- Comfortable handling occasional stressful situations and meeting deadlines
- Willingness to work in warehouse and outdoor environments
- Demonstrates professional appearance and high reliability with punctuality
- Possesses a positive attitude, is a team player, and maintains a flexible approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills, providing solutions when challenges arise
- Excellent communication skills in person and via phone (Slack)
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong integrity, accountability, and a self-motivated mindset
- A clean driving record
