Job Summary
Load, deliver, and install portable HVAC equipment at customer sites, ranging from retail stores to construction projects, while managing long drives and overnight stays. Serve as the frontline representative by providing professional service and solving on-site challenges, then track job progress using company technology. Maintain equipment cleanliness and vehicle organization, and prepare gear in the warehouse by unboxing, testing, and cleaning units. Work in varied environments including extreme weather, requiring a 1+ year commercial driving record and ability to lift 25+ lbs. Rotate through on-call shifts for emergency requests on nights, weekends, and holidays, with overtime opportunities during peak seasonal demand.
Required Qualifications
- 5-year clean driving record
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
- 1 + years of commercial driving experience
- Experience in box-trucks, and sprinter vans

- Strong desire to deepen your expertise in HVAC diagnostics, service, and responsibilities
- Availability for rotating on-call shifts — including emergency client requests on nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Handling physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, or pulling 25+ lbs.
- Work indoors and outdoors, often in extreme heat or cold
- Professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator
- Comfortable with mobile devices, tablets, and laptops
- Able to navigate apps, complete digital records, and communicate with customers
- Professional uniform standards adherence
Desired Qualifications
