Job Summary
Assist the Delivery Driver with safe loading, unloading, and transporting heavy furniture (over 50 lbs) from the truck to customers' homes. Help arrange items on-site according to company standards, including hanging artwork, mirrors, and wall décor using proper tools. Represent the brand with a professional attitude during customer interactions, providing updates on delivery windows and addressing basic inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and delivery truck to reflect high standards. Follow instructions from drivers and dispatchers while adapting to changing priorities and taking on additional responsibilities as assigned.
