Job Summary
Break down, organize, and stock delivered product at retail accounts while ensuring shelves and displays are properly merchandised. Transfers product from pallet to cart using first-in-first-out rotation, fills coolers and warm shelves, and builds product displays emphasizing salable features. Drive and operate company equipment safely, organize back stock to condense product, and prepare damaged items for pick-up. Place point-of-sale materials on shelves and coolers, resolve customer problems regarding rotation and inventory, and collect money for delivered product. Maintain relationships with account contacts and ensure quality control standards are met throughout the delivery process.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to perform activities requiring prolonged periods of lifting, standing, and carrying
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. at a time
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor due to heavy lifting requirements
- This role requires regular, ongoing in‐office presence
- Employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non-company locations where we conduct business, the majority of the time
