Job Summary
Drive company equipment safely to deliver products as invoiced to licensed retailers and between locations. Check in orders with customers courteously, collect and account for all money, and manage returned merchandise. Complete delivery logs via Mobile Cast, ensure daily check-in procedures are followed, and gather empty boxes for redelivery. Lift up to one hundred pounds and perform strenuous labor as required. This role supports Glazer's Beer & Beverage as the distributor of choice, fostering an inclusive environment for employees and supplier partners.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to complete various activities that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying
- Must be able to move up to and or lift one hundred pounds at a time
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor due to heavy lifting requirements
- This role requires regular, ongoing in‐office presence
- Employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non-company locations where we conduct business, the majority of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of US currency and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
