Delivery Head

Own end-to-end delivery of SAP BRIM projects including SOM, CC, CI, FICA, and RAR across all implementation programs at Mobolutions. Establish delivery governance, review mechanisms, and reporting cadence while driving risk mitigation and escalation management. Act as executive delivery sponsor for key US and global accounts, managing client relationships and ensuring escalations are resolved within defined timeframes. Own delivery margins, track project profitability, and forecast revenue aligned with business goals. Lead and scale the SAP BRIM delivery team, mentoring Project Managers and Consultants while building competency frameworks. Support presales in solutioning and effort estimation by reviewing proposals and delivery commitments. Define standard delivery methodology and implement KPI-driven tracking to improve delivery maturity.
