Job Summary
Delivery Expert handles pizza deliveries and in-store duties with a customer-service focus. Responsibilities include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, processing telephone and in-person orders, entering orders via computer or touchscreen, handling monetary transactions and making correct change, following inventory procedures, maintaining cleanliness, navigating designated delivery areas, and safely delivering products to customers while complying with store policies and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver\'s license with safe driving record
- Access to insured vehicle for delivery
- Ability to read a map and locate addresses within delivery area
- Navigational skills for deliveries
- Ability to operate equipment and process orders
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide accurately (may use calculator)
- Ability to enter orders via keyboard or touchscreen
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfort with outdoor/indoor work in varying weather
