Job Summary
Check orders for quality and accuracy, then deliver pizzas, flyers, and door hangers to individual customer homes within the designated area. Receive and process telephone orders, execute credit transactions, and make bank deposits as necessary. Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying product, and safely operate a motor vehicle. Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, and complete closing duties including cleaning. Handle sensitive customer information responsibly and maintain uniform and operations standards. Work as part of a team supporting other workstations and completing assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to safely interact with customers at their homes
- Must have verbal, written and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Must be able to lift and move cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to carry large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces
- Must be able to carry trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray
- Must be able to carry pizzas, sides and beverages
- Must be able to climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance
- Must be able to forward bend at the waist for pizza assembly and stocking ingredients
- Must be able to reach above 72 inches occasionally
- Must have eye-hand coordination
- Must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
- Must have near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Must have depth perception
- Must be able to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Must have far vision and night vision for driving
- Must be able to work under stress
- Must be able to deal with people
- Must be able to analyze and compile data
- Must be able to make judgments and decisions
- Must comply with Domino's uniform, appearance, and operations standards
- Must comply with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
